I currently belong to a gym. Can you come to my gym to train me?
Yes if your gym allows private personal trainers. You need to ask a manager or person in charge if they will allow independent trainers and if so, how much do they charge for me to come out to your gym or facility. Some gyms may have a fee or guest fee they may charge. It is always best to know the rules.
Do you travel outside St. Lucie County to train clients?
Yes. I will travel to the surrounding areas, including Stuart, Jensen Beach, Port St. Lucie, Fort Pierce and Vero Beach. I will let you know ahead of time if there are additional fees if outside area range. Contact or Email for out of area/state.
I want to workout at home, but I don’t have any equipment.
I will provide all equipment we will need to give you an effective, satisfying customized workout to suit your goals and needs.
As a woman, I don’t want to lift weights because I don’t want big bulky muscles.
Don’t worry, it won’t happen. Women do not produce enough of the hormone testosterone for hypertrophy to occur. However, women can expect to achieve more tone and definition from resistance training.
If I stop weight training, the muscles I’ve developed will turn to fat.
Muscle and fat are as different as wood and metal. One cannot become the other. However, curtailing a resistance-training program may allow the developed muscle tissue to shrink. The decreased muscle tone combined with new fat deposits, due to the lack of exercise; tend to give the appearance of muscle that has turned to fat.
How do I get started training?
Once you have submitted your necessary forms, which you can fill out online just click on Forms on menu options, send or mail to me, I will evaluate and contact you by phone. You can decide to set up a training session(s) or class/group, etc.
Cancellation Policy?
If an appointment is scheduled you must give 24 hours notification of cancellation or you will be charged for the session.
If I choose to purchase a session package and decide not to continue with my training will I get my money back?
I will return your money except for sessions already used as long as you have a medical note from a physician.
When must I make a payment?
All payments for training, classes, birthday parties, etc must be made no later than the end of service rendered (session, class or party.) I will allow you to make payments if necessary for package sessions.
Do you accept credit cards?
Currently no. I hope to soon.
What if I cancel a session, birthday party?
As long as I have 24 hours notice for training session you will not be charged. Birthday parties must have 1-week notice or there will be a $50 charge for cancellation.
How many days per week do I need to workout?
We will discuss your program options after a fitness assessment and consultation are complete to see what your personal needs are. It is dependent on you and your motivation level.
I thought Aquatic Exercise is for old ladies?
Aquatic Exercise is 4-15 times harder than working on land in most cases. The beauty of being in the water is you work at your own personal level and you get all the benefits without feeling the work because your body is displaced or buoyant. It is a great cross training option for every body. You do not have to be a swimmer to enjoy the waters benefits. We will work cardiovascular, balance, flexibility, endurance and strength. Aquatic exercise can be as vigorous as you make it. Everyone should give it a try!
Do I get a discount if I have more than one child participating in a youth fitness program together?

What is Family Fitness?
Your family works together as a team for training and nutrition. I will show you tools to workout together, encourage and motivate each other, and to eat nutritiously as a family and find time to make a program work that is feasible for your families needs.
What is a Corporate Event?
You can design your event to your needs. We can do a fitness event, health fair, theme event, fitness incentive programs, etc. Your company or office event can be a few hours or a few days or we can do a fitness incentive program for your employees on a regular basis. Please contact for rates or any ideas you may have. Together we can work out a successful program.
